Instructions

Use your laptop camera to capture and save headshots as a .jpg image.

  1. Allow this page the use of your laptop's self-facing camera, if prompted to do so.
  2. Ensure you are in a well-lit area, against a light-colored background with few or no distracting features.
  3. Position yourself within the camera frame.

  4. Take photo (Blue "Take Photo" button)
    You may re-take until you are satisfied with the result shown in the lower frame.
  5. Download photo (Green "Download" button)
  6. Visit your computer's "Downloads" folder.
    Rename this file as FirstNameLastName.jpg
  7. Upload your photo to the Employee Portrait Library.
